We are seeking applicants with at least two years of experience in one or more of the skilled trades listed below, along with a willingness to expand their knowledge and develop additional skills.

Compensation

Pay is based on the overall value and experience you bring to the team. Factors we consider include the trades you are experienced in, your level of proficiency, your ability to work independently, your ability to train or lead others, the trade-specific tools you own, and whether you have reliable transportation capable of carrying tools and equipment when needed.

Skilled Trades: $24–$32 per hour
Supervisors & Managers: $30–$40 per hour

Applicants with broader experience, strong leadership ability, greater independence, and the tools and transportation needed to perform at a high level may qualify for the upper end of the pay range.
